About your coach

expert coach 

I am a footballer and martial artist with over a decade of high level performance experience.

I started my football journey young, stepping into a women’s first team at 16 and competing at National League level. Those years taught me discipline, consistency and how to perform outside comfort zones.

Alongside football, I have trained in Wado Ryu Karate for over 14 years, achieving my 4th Dan black belt at 17. I have also spent several years teaching, helping others develop focus, control and mental resilience through martial arts.

Karate taught me that true performance is built on mindset, discipline and consistency, not just physical ability. Those lessons now shape every coaching session I deliver.

My goal is simple. Help athletes perform with intent, precision and purpose.
